Junior Accountant Travel Expenses

To strengthen our team in the Carl Zeiss Shared Services Sp. z o.o. at our site in Poznan, we have an immediate opening for an Junior Accountant Travel Expenses

You will:

  • Perform travel expenses claim processing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined operating procedures
  • Administer documentation: control, verification, processing
  • Prepare postings and transfer to SAP FI
  • Be the main contact partner for the employee’s queries
  • Achieve performance objectives agreed with the assigned team lead
  • Perform other duties as required within AP
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

You have:

  • Min BA University degree in economics or business administration (preferably in accounting/ finance)
  • Preferably relevant working experience
  • Some knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • International experience and ease in adapting to new situations and cultures would be an advantage
  • Strong service orientation, team-playing skills, flexibility and openness to learning, energetic and hands-on work approach
